Saniflo Spare Parts
We supply spare parts for Saniflo macerators, waste water pumps and most other branded macerators. Everything listed below is a part we stock and sell direct.

Find the part by what your machine is doing
Most macerator faults come down to one of four parts. Work out the symptom and you have almost certainly found the part.
Motor runs continuously and will not switch off
Usually the membrane has perished or shrunk, or the microswitch is stuck on. These are the only two parts that control start and stop, so we recommend changing both together.
Motor hums or buzzes but does not turn
Nearly always the capacitor. Take the lid off and check the impeller turns freely by hand first – if it does, the capacitor has failed.
Nothing happens at all when you flush
Check the power first, then the microswitch and the membrane. If all three are sound, the motor may have failed, which cannot be replaced.
Machine re-triggers on its own, or smells come back through
The non return valve is letting waste water run back down into the unit.
Machine is slow, noisy or smells
Usually scale or a build up of fat and grease inside the box. A descaler will clear it – see our guide to cleaning a Saniflo.

Email us a photograph of the part or of your machine and we will identify it for you. It saves a great deal of confusion and stops the wrong part being sent out.
Tell us the model of your Saniflo or other macerator if you know it. If you do not, a photo of the machine is enough – we can usually tell from the shape of the box.
